In this role, you will support the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Your goal will be to achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company. You will negotiate with insureds and provide various alternatives or options within our plans to retain customers. Functions and Responsabilities : Attend to and satisfy the requirements of agents or insureds via email or telephone. Send reminder emails to agencies about Renewal Notices sent to their clients, and address any questions or concerns. Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, detailing reasons why some insureds chose not to renew. Engage in telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection activities. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in English (90%). Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance. Proven experience in Quality Customer Service. Knowledge and efficient use of utilities. Proactive attitude. Effective Communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Dynamic and energetic personality. Strong interpersonal skills.
