Job Description
As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of one of our restaurants, delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests and customers.
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.Ensure all areas of the restaurant are prepared and ready for daily operations.Coordinate reservation logistics and capacity control to optimize the customer experience.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff under your charge.Implement and monitor established quality standards for Food & Beverage service. Qualifications
You must be a professional in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in the luxury hotel sector and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced conversational English is a mandatory requirement, and proficiency in a third language is desirable.
