Key Responsibilities: Oversight Demand & Supply for the assigned segment/region. Run weekly staff meetings to provide/collect feedback from LM/Segment Leads related to project status and resource proposals and allocations. Reviews and validates resource requests and makes suggestions for assignments by:
Evaluating specific resource needs for awarded and ongoing studies (workload, start date, and experience needed). Utilizing the skills and experience database (SEMS) and other Parexel Tools and Apps to identify team members that match the requirements. Utilizing the resource management tool by running reports to check for Free hours/capacity of potential team members. Engaging with study teams to ensure clarity on the resource needs and specific requirements. Maintain/Update the Resources Management Tool (Planisware) to reflect assignments decisions by:
Assigning identified resources on specific projects. Increasing/Reducing assignments according to business decisions. Releasing resources from the project upon request by LMs (e.g., resignations, LOAs, transfers). Formerly communicate the proposal to the Study Teams by providing CVs. Check the Resource Mailbox daily for requests and if needed, follow up on details. Specific Responsibilities for this Role: Support Weekly Escalation Calls by coordinating and compiling preparatory feedback from relevant stakeholders and taking comprehensive minutes during the meeting. Systematically monitor the status of proposals sent to study teams and manage follow-up processes. Manage and organize the resourcing team mailbox by tagging incoming emails in a timely manner to the corresponding Segment. Support Resource Planners by conducting regular audits and clean-up of primary resource trackers to ensure data integrity and identify potential resource gaps and opportunities. Assist in sourcing, retrieving, and blinding appropriate CVs from the company's talent database to meet specific project or client requirements. Skills: Sound interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills. Client-focused approach to work, ability to interact professionally within a client organization. A flexible attitude for work assignments and new learning. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
