You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! We're looking for a Request Management Leader. You will lead and oversee the team responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control for approximately 140,000 employees across Latin America. This position requires an IT professional with extensive experience managing Active Directory (AD) in on-premises environments and administering Entra ID in a hybrid setup. The candidate will work closely with global, regional, and local IT teams, as well as operations to implement new projects and ensure compliance with high-security standards and regulations such as ISO27001 and other internal policies. Who You Are: A Natural Leader: Lead and manage a team of 2 to 3 supervisors and 30 to 45 analysts. Oversee the provisioning and de-provisioning of users across multiple on-premises AD domains and Entra ID. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO27001 and others). Collaborate with global, regional, and local IT teams to deploy new projects. The Best Guide: Work closely with operations to understand and meet business needs. Use ADManager for on-premises user management and ServiceNow to handle requests and incidents. Implement and maintain processes and procedures following ITIL v4 guidelines. Provide reports and analysis of team performance and key metrics. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation. Ensure all processes are efficient and meet security requirements. The TOP Team Is All About: Pro Background: Be a technologist or engineer in electronics, telecommunications, systems, or related fields. Tech Savviness: Understand the basics of networking (LAN/WAN networks), hardware diagnostics, and VoIP. OS Mastery: Be proficient in Windows, OSX, Linux, Citrix, VMware, and Windows Server, as well as in documentation and process standardization. Key Experience: Have 5 years of overall experience if you are a technologist (3 years leading IT teams), or 3 years for professionals (2 years leading IT teams). The Perfect Fit: Preferably, have experience in the sector, as well as an upper-intermediate English or Portuguese level. Ideally, you live in Bogotá; however, if you live in another city, you must be able to travel to the Bogotá Site once a month.
