What you will do Position title: Renewals Operations Associate – Early Career Talent Location: Bogota, Colombia Type of contract: Temporary position Duration: Up to 2 years - Reporting and Analysis Review, gather and identify key business metrics and standards that keep a pulse on our business.
Prepare weekly renewals forecast information.
Support with ad-hoc reporting the renewals management team.
Maintain a clean renewals pipeline by tracking opportunities in the system.
- Process Support Participate in the definition of new reports and process to better support the area.
Follow the North Cloud terminations requests.
Support Sales Operation and CSM teams with renewals and churn reports.
- Tools Intensive use of internal system and advance spreadsheets (excel, power bi) What you bring Education: Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor's degree.
Open to various educational backgrounds.
Finished Internship.
Requirements and Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience.
Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage.
Microsoft Excel: Advanced level and Power BI knowledge.
English Level 2: Conversational (Able to understand and formulate verbal and written communication).
