IT SAP Access Management Specialist - Remote in Colombia Main Activities / Responsibilities: Align security solutions to the methodologies and standards. Design, implement, and support the security model for access rights for enterprise applications. Maintain user roles and authorizations based on business needs (SAP Environments). Develop and drive the implementation of security best practices and standards. Review requests for new systems or changes to existing systems and evaluate the impact to security, compliance and SoD. Conduct pre-audits on security issues of concern, work with the user community on remediation; conduct spot checks of user security to ensure compliance. Safeguard computer files by performing regular backups; developing procedures for source code management and disaster preparedness; recommending improvements. Provide technical support for security issues related to in-scope applications and SAP Security. Responsible for supporting all security design in the ADC application landscape. Provide support to other colleagues in terms of technical/functional expertise with the assigned business processes. Level of Education/Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus. Certifications desired: SAP Basis, SAP Business Objects or SAP GRC. Required Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT Security and IT Control Coordination, SAP GRC, Access Management, delivering IT security projects, assessments and audits, and building and/or running IT Security teams. Desired Experience: Experience of SAP risk assessments & risk management, incident handling & response. Experience in implementing Policies and Procedures in compliance with Information Security Management System Standards (ISO 27000 series). Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act, Solvency II) and security policies and standards. Competencies and Soft Skills: Experience coordinating and completing multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines. Excellent organizational, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to interact effectively with colleagues and with users of varying technological skill levels. SAP Virsa Security Applications. SAP GRC + Security Applications (with support from NA Team - Managed Globally). SAP Roles and Profiles understanding. Change & Security Configuration Audit and Control. Encryption Processes, Management and Administration. Technical knowledge of SAP GRC infrastructure, Access Controls, SOD remediation and monitoring procedures. Languages: English required (written & spoken). Spanish required (written & spoken).
