Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Remote Guest Services Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia, to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will manage and enhance guest communications, ensuring a seamless experience across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) messaging platforms.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding bookings, services, policies, and other inquiries.
Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
Reservation Management: Assist with booking, confirming, and modifying reservations as needed.
Coordinate with Property Managers, Property Owners, and internal teams to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
Communication Optimization: Ensure all communications align with the partner's voice and guidelines.
Collaboration and Feedback: Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required.
Provide feedback to the team on partner issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements Qualifications: Professionalism & Empathy: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in guest interactions.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, guest relations, or a similar role, specifically within the short-term vacation rental industry Technical Skills: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms is essential.
Onboarding Experience: Previous experience with onboarding.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: A problem-solving attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a stable internet connection.
Location Requirement: Must be residing in Medellín, Colombia.
Monthly Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,300 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
