Overview We are seeking a Brand Art Director to lead the visual direction of our brand and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality creative assets across all platforms. In this role, you will oversee the design process from concept to completion, bringing the brand to life through stunning visuals that resonate with our audience. You'll collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure that all design work aligns with the brand's identity and overall goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on art director with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of brand development. Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST/PST Scope of Work: Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals. Ensure that all creative assets maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, video, and social media platforms. Work closely with creatives, providing feedback, direction, and inspiration to elevate the team's work. Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that tell the brand's story and engage the audience. Continuously refine and evolve the brand's visual style, ensuring it remains fresh, competitive, and true to its core values. Be involved in the creation of key visual assets, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring that all work meets high standards of creativity and quality. Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the team to keep the brand's visuals fresh and relevant. Present creative concepts and design strategies to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating the vision behind each project. Requirements : Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead and execute creative projects across multiple channels (digital, print, video). Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with additional design tools like Figma and Sketch. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a creative team to produce their best work. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate design concepts and present ideas to stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. Passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of how visual elements impact brand perception.
