Primary Purpose of the Position:
• Coordinate work and communicate to all reliability team members per daily objectives. Ensure safety compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Establish and deliver maintenance and reliability objectives to continuously improve the safety and operations of the equipment, and the quality of the equipment's output.
• Manage resources to ensure maintenance and reliability objectives are met, which will enable the plant to meet their output and quality commitments.
• Update safety, attendance, housekeeping and performance scorecards as per plant protocol.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assure safety awareness for the workforce, manage safe work performance, assure adherence to safety regulations and assist the production team in area safety analysis and investigations.
• Train, mentor, coach, and counsel reliability/maintenance team members, and lead the overall reliability effort.
• Analyze costs of reliability/maintenance activities in the plant and continuously look for opportunities to improve the value provided by the team's activities.
• Continuously work toward implementing and sustaining best practices in jobsite and maintenance areas housekeeping.
• Drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability by focusing on reducing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) or based on maintenance and reliability best practices.
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum of four years engineering/maintenance management in an industrial environment. Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical team members to achieve cost-effective goals.
• Equipment design experience, along with project engineering or project management role is a plus.
Knowledge:
• Excellent communication, team building, coaching/mentoring, negotiating, and relationship building skills are required.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management programs (example - SAP-PM), along with general computer programs.
• Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment, along with knowledge of maintenance best practices, predictive maintenance concepts, and planning/scheduling functionality is required.
• Experience in problem solving techniques a plus: DMAIC, A3. Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus. Experience with Plant Optimization a plus.

• Knowledge-ISO 14001.
• Environmental Goals.
• Elaborate Matrix of Environmental Aspects and Impacts and Operational controls.
• Develop an evaluation and risks of the EMS.
• Compliance with Legal Requirements Applicable to your area.
• Demonstration of being able to take a machine to Zero energy.
• Being coach of ICHE.
• Application of the rules related to LOTO and ICHE procedures.
• To be able to elaborate an ICHE procedure for the control of Energy.
