For more information, visit About the role Ensure Nubank's sustainable growth by supporting the regulatory demands of KYC and judicial enquiries through: Providing the best experience to our clients in the KYC process, maintaining high quality for customer data and due diligence according to regulators and internal policies; Responding to judicial enquiries related to breach of bank secrecy and asset unavailability whenever our client is the defendant, contributing to a more ethical society and supporting Nubank's growth. Our Operational Pack - Judicial Orders is responsible for supporting and executing all first line of defense operational routines related to judicial orders when our client is the defendant. We manage all judicial orders/enquiries, mainly related to bank secrecy breaches and asset freezing. Typical responsibilities assigned to you might include: Support the team monitoring judicial requirements and illegal operations received through the SITI AA portal of the CNBV. Control and download digital requirements, ensuring timely analysis and response to the Regulator. Be part of the dynamic Judicial Orders Pack, focused on Mexico's enquiries, reporting to our Regulatory Solutions Squad in Mexico; Support judicial orders operational workflow; Monitor management queues and dashboards to ensure timely responses and compliance. Support projects to comply with key policies related to judicial orders and operational routines (SITI AA). Assist in monitoring metrics and KPIs, facilitating communication within Nubank teams. Support operational routines related to Blocked Person List in Mexico. Assist with operational routines on Know Your Employee (KYE) / Know Your Supplier (KYS) / Know Your Beneficiary (KYB). Qualifications: You will succeed if… You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law or a related field. You are detail-oriented, diligent, organized, and enjoy operational activities. It will be a differential if you… Have previous experience in Compliance & AML or Legal. Have knowledge in Excel, Sheets, Looker, SQL, and Python. Possess knowledge of Banking & SOFIPO regulations. Understand CNBV regulations, including freezing, unfreezing, and transferring money. Have experience managing SITI AA. Can translate numbers into effective strategies and actions.
