Are you passionate about leading regulatory compliance across diverse markets? Come join the Regulatory team as a Regulatory Senior Head Pacific. You'll be responsible for leading and executing regulatory compliance activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations for a multi-category portfolio across Pacific countries. Providing regulatory counselling to internal & external stakeholders and participating in external forums to protect Kellanova's priorities. This role is located in Bogotá, Colombia.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing:
1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance to enable commercialization for renovation/innovation/geo expansion in Pacific: formula approval,
assess and identify scale opportunities across Pacific. Lead labelling activities: NLI, implement new labelling regulations, artwork approval.
2. Sanitary Registrations: Ensure sanitary registrations and follow up status with 3rd parties and distributors to assure commercialization according to scope. Review & approve all communication materials for Pacific countries.
3. Lead Regulatory Projects: Provide regulatory counselling to internal & external stakeholders. Support the regional regulatory team in documentation processes, annual database and regulatory overview. Regulatory support to local market driven projects (innovation, promotions, etc).
We're Looking for Someone With:
1. 4-5 years in Food industry regulatory area.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition or Science.
3. English and Spanish Proficient.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent relationships & communication skills, capable of influencing others.
6. Attention to detail, problem solving skills and negotiation skills needed.
