Description We are seeking talents for our Bogotá General Offices for the position of:Regulatory Affairs Manager.Managerial full-time positionStart date: as soon as possibleLocation: Bogotá - ColombiaWork schedule: Flexible working hoursProfile: At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory affairs in pharmaceutical.Are you passionate about the science behind products?Do you want to work for a company which owns some of the world's biggest brands?Then a technical career at P&G could be what you're looking for!You will be the Regulatory business partner for our business and will support promotional activities, as well as innovation projects, and ensure compliance of our unique over the counter medicines (OTC) portfolio to market regulations & guidelines as well as to P&G standards.With us you will:Have full responsibility for the preparation & submission of registration and compliance dossiers across our large portfolio of products.Identify, develop and implement a new Regulatory strategy regarding the local Life Cycle Management and local registration of new products.Review product artwork ensuring consistency across the portfolio, including promotional material and tools with the marketing code and legal requirements.Advise the organization of potential regulatory risks in normal day to day activities and recommend compliant actions.Develop and maintain positive relationships with our key external partners, such as; health authorities, distributors, regulatory authorities, trade associations and contract manufacturers.Whatweofferyou:Significant work from your first day in P&G and every day learning.Environment multifunctional teamwork and high level of interaction with managers and directors who will develop your skills.Flexible work arrangements.Wellness programs Competitive salary and benefit package - private life & medical insurance for employees and dependents, PG stock, saving plans.Continuous coaching – you will work with hardworking people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your managerDynamic, encouraging and respectful work environment – employees are at the core, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting agility and work/life balance.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field (chemistry desirable).5 years of regulatory affairs experience, preferably in pharmaceutical.Regulatory experience in local legislation, regulatory procedures and INVIMA requirements.In-depth technical regulatory knowledge in the area of pharmaceutical development, OTC products.Understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, regulatory affairs, trade associations, procedures and requirements.Must be familiar with and able to identify and interpret regulations, guidelines, and other pertinent information issued by applicable regulatory bodies.Ability to read and synthesize technical material and to prepare clear and concise written documents.Computer literate at a level allowing utilization of event tracking programs, data loading and information processing related to regulatory affairs.Great analytical skills- logically breaking situations or issues down into their crucial elements: carrying out diagnosis and developing solutionsProficiency in English (written and spoken).Team orientation, "can-do "attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough resultsOperate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with othersStrong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.Strong analytical and communications skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company).Proficient in Microsoft Office package.Job ScheduleFull timeJob NumberR000108626Job SegmentationExperienced Professionals (Job Segmentation)
