Position Purpose Achieve business goals and corporate goals for Artivion in Central LATAM CELA (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador & Peru) with a focus on the full Artivion portfolio (Artivion, On-X, and Jotec range of products) To promote full range of company products in the territory through commercial model and execute strategy and programs to drive secondary sales. Responsible for identifying KOLs and driving customer engagement Work with commercial teams to generate demand in the market through a collaborative and coaching framework Demonstrate expertise of full product portfolio and therapies, promoting clinical applications and value of Artivion therapies Support cases, and leverage Marketing & Clinical support, to build Artivion therapies. Build a strong brand image and perception of the company in CELA, promoting the application and differentiation of our products, amongst clinical and non-clinical stakeholders Commercial Expand sales of Artivion products throughout the territory Develop and execute strategic business plan, meeting well-defined goals as per timelines Forecast primary sales and follow secondary sales for each product line on a monthly basis Develop direct accounts as per Operating Plan Channel Management Develop and maintain professional business relationships with commercial partners (distributors and 4PL providers) and their employees. Identify and develop new channels to market that enable us to get closer to the customer and drive better penetration of our therapies. Track PO pending, consignment placements, stock replenishment and other service deliverables to monitor 4PL and ensure that our products and therapies have proper penetration. Identify customer needs in the field, supporting together with our Clinical and Marketing teams, the communication and organization of product training and related information to distributor network, and commercial partners, on a continuous basis. Accompany distributor sales representatives, sales managers and product managers to support their sales efforts and to meet with key surgeons and prospective customers. Manage customers Accounts Receivables within assigned distributors and direct accounts. Organize and participate in regular meetings with distributors and commercial partners to drive sales growth, including quarterly business reviews and developing follow up plan. Customer Management Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and decision makers. Ensure clinical support to customers, positioning Artivion as an exemplary organization with excellent patient service capabilities. Maintain knowledge of competitors' products, activities and strategies in the territory. Generate very deep market knowledge of potential, size, share, usage patterns around the country and areas to drive growth. Tailor channel, product marketing and KOL engagement strategies to maximize growth. Team Engagement Collaborate with Marketing teams, Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Distributor teams to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets and help the business gain market share. Contribute to efforts in differentiating Artivion's products from competitors, within set marketing budgets. Partner with LATAM organization to build a culture that is customer focused, growth oriented and one where trust and respect is paramount for the organization. Administrative Submits accurate and timely reports to management on a monthly basis regarding travel and support rendered. Completes expense reports with necessary documentation. Schedules travel arrangements to ensure multiple objectives are accomplished. Balances administrative duties with other job responsibilities. Maintain certification eligibility; training requirements Identifies and maintains all requirements for all assigned hospitals in CELA Travel Minimum of 50% expected Qualification This position will be based in Colombia Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Early to mid-career professional with 8+ years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiac and vascular space. Proven track record of excellent sales results. Experience in management and development of distribution network(s), with demonstrated sales growth is desirable. Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time. Proven ability to develop and execute product plans to motivate commercial partners. Positive, energetic and professional attitude and presentation.
