David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Regional Managing Director for their LATAM office.

Position : Regional Managing Director LATAM

Employment type : Service Agreement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate goals to enhance market presence in the forex industry
2. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
3.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
4. Explore and establish partnership opportunities to drive regional growth
5. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region
6. Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with global company goals
7. Build and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ambition
8. Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM region
2. Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM
3. Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
5. Highly self-sufficient, with the capability to manage business development,
including building partnerships and establishing new client relationships
6. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region is a plus
7. In-depth familiarity with the local business culture and regulatory landscapes in key LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
