Regional Activation Marketer, Electrical Markets Division, South America Region (Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina)

Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
As an Activation Marketing Specialist in 3M's Electrical Markets Division, you will play a key role in managing and executing marketing programs aimed at the growth of this division in South America region.
In this position, you will interact with the Latin America and countries' division leaders, division sales team, distribution channel management, global portfolio management team, as well as specialists in digital marketing, integrated marketing, application engineering, among others, with the main challenges of contributing to the demand generation and market share gain, using strategies, tools and tactics developed globally or regionally to ensure 3M's positioning as an innovative company and market leader.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- Lead regional level activation of global marketing programs, managing timelines, budget and execution, as part of the Latim America Electrical Markets Division marketing operations team;
- Work in close partnership with sales leadership and team, ensuring their commercial and technical knowledge about main products and marketing programs, promoting best practices sharing and supporting new business wins, using SalesForce as the management tool;
- Implement market and customer insights' gathering process (VOC, pricing, competitors,
new products, potential customers, etc), sharing feedback with the Area business team, as well as Global Portfolio team, helping in the development of global programs with more effective strategies and tactics;
- Localize and adapt global programs and campaigns to regional reality, proposing changes and tactics that best fit the market.
- Coordinate new product launches at regional level, managing timelines, budget and supporting new opportunities pipeline acceleration;
- Local Support to portfolio management processes, such as phase-in / phase-out, demand plan, pricing, promotions, etc;
- Provide forecast insights by analyzing customers consumption of products and win / lost of projects;
- Work with Channel activation marketing team,
in order to delivery programs / promotions / new product materials to channel partners and field sales, ensuring full alignment and understanding of Division priorities;
- Propose activities and projects to be implemented at the region (workshops, trainings, webinars, virtual demos, best practices sharing, digital activation, etc), aiming to capture new business opportunities and generate leads that can be converted in opportunities and demand to the sales team;
- Constantly collaborate with EMD Latim America and Global teams on the portfolio management, as well as with sales team, channel marketing and sales team, digital marketing and integrated marketing specialists, application engineers, customer services, other 3M Division marketing teams, etc, with the ability of influencing others to the success of the Division strategies.
Basic Qualifications :
- College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering,
Economics, or similar
- Experience in Marketing, portfolio management, communication, digital marketing, insights, demand generation, etc
- Fluent English
- Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, Teams, Sales Force
- Availability to travel / do field work up to 30% of the time, visiting customers and distributors with sales team, collecting insights, market mapping, etc

- Some of the required soft skills : negotiation, resilience, strong communication, good network and interpersonal relationships development, analytical sense, decision-making, leadership behavior.
- Electrical markets' knowledge may be a differentiation, as well as experience within segments like Renewable Energy, Data Center, Mining, Petrochem, Infrastructure, where Electrical solutions are relevant.
