EBS Reporting & Analytics – Data Analyst
The EBS Operations and Enablement team is looking for a Data Analyst to support operational metrics reporting workstream to effectively measure the performance of Finance & HR Shared Service processes. This position reports into Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Operations Manager and is based in Bogota, Colombia.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will play a key role in supporting operations teams to develop, deliver, and support KPI reporting, analytics for service levels, and management reporting across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Contact Center Operations. He or she will lead the development of dashboards and implement tools for process monitoring and driving automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing data architecture to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and process efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Partnering with functional and process leads to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement and provide findings to leadership.
- Analyzing internal datasets from multiple data sources and communicating the outputs to technical and non-technical counterparts.
Core activities include:
- Partnering with technology teams to design/implement/optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
- Leveraging data processing tools such as Alteryx and Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
- Employing data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to create interactive and visually appealing reports.
- Staying current on industry best practices in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in data analysis, data modeling, and workflow development.
- Proficiency in data modeling concepts and experience in developing and implementing data models.
- Strong understanding of different data storage and data systems such as Snowflake or AWS Databases.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Experience in Shared Service Organization.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
