We are seeking a remote Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator. This is a fully remote role working as a key member of our small, close-knit 6-person recruiting team. You'll report directly to the Director of Recruiting and play a critical role in implementing sourcing strategies, identifying top candidates, and supporting our recruiting efforts.
Work Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time
Pay Rate: $3 - $4 (Per Hour)
What You'll Do: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Build targeted candidate lists using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other resources.Conduct initial candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other communication channels.Potentially conduct initial phone screens with qualified candidates.Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates to job openings in Construction Management and other industries.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing efforts.Who You Are: Personable & Collaborative: Able to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.Strong Communicator: Exceptional written English and interpersonal skills are essential.Organized & Task-Oriented: You excel at managing time, meeting deadlines, and staying on top of priorities.Motivated to Win: You have a high-achiever mentality and are driven to succeed.Adaptable: Comfortable working across industries and candidate types.Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and thoroughness in your work are second nature.Requirements: Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related field is preferred.Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal ATS, etc.).Knowledge of email campaign tools and CRM/ATS platforms is a plus.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
