We (Torre) are helping a Jack Jensz find a top candidate to join their team flexible for the role of Recruitment Manager.

Compensation:
USD4-7/hour.
+ Bonuses (up to 80% of base compensation).

Location:
Remote (for Colombia and Mexico residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient talent sourcing, interviewing, client communication, CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
- English - Native or fully fluent.

In this role,
you will be responsible for recruiting new talent, vetting and qualifying candidates, coaching talent through training and onboarding, and leading the interview and onboarding process for our clients.

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
- Review applications to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Conduct interviews.
- Communicate with clients.
- Manage and create company emails and communications.
- Conduct outreach via email,
social media, and cold calls.
- Manage CRM.
