We (Torre) are helping a Jack Jensz find a top candidate to join their team flexible for the role of Recruitment Manager.
Compensation: USD4-7/hour.
+ Bonuses (up to 80% of base compensation).
Location: Remote (for Colombia and Mexico residents).

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager who loves working with people and has a talent for identifying the best candidates!
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new talent, vetting and qualifying candidates, coaching talent through training and onboarding, and leading the interview and onboarding process for our clients.

- Manage and create company emails and communications.
- Conduct outreach via email, social media, and cold calls.
- Manage CRM.
