Position Overview: Sworkz is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Leader (C1) to work on-site, who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective strategies to attract, select, and onboard the best talent at all levels of the organization. This person plays an important role in strengthening the employer brand and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates. Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and ongoing support in best recruitment practices. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to employee onboarding. Implement innovative recruitment programs and processes, utilizing technologies and data analytics. Collaborate with leaders from other areas to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition plans. Ensure fairness and diversity in selection and hiring processes. Stay updated on labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies according to market demands. Qualifications: Leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capacity to work in a dynamic environment. Results-oriented. Commitment to fairness and diversity in selection processes. Empathy, curiosity for learning, integrity, and a change agent mindset. Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. Academic Background: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
