Job Description: Recruiting Coordinator Grade: 9 The Recruiting Coordinator Admin is responsible for supporting the activities of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This position supports Corporate Talent Acquisition in all facets of day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities may include creating reports, preparing offer letters, processing compensation requests, scheduling candidate interviews or supporting candidate hiring efforts, running queries and compiling data, posting jobs on websites, completing general data entry, creating presentations, and processing various information requests. Responsibilities: This role provides clerical and administrative support to the talent acquisition team (recruiter, sourcer) to coordinate the recruitment process and hiring of new employees. The Recruiting Coordinator processes applicants through the workflow, provides scheduling support to the hiring team, updates job requisition files, sets up job offers, and conducts reference checks and screenings. Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports. Prepares basic summary reports and presentations. Coordinates (in-person and virtual) interview scheduling, pre-employment assessments, and job requisition management. Ensures pre-employment screening (i.e., background, employment reference) is timely and in accordance with established procedures. Monitors background screening results and alerts Staffing Specialists of any issues in a timely manner. Prepares detailed reports and spreadsheets. Provides support for various ad-hoc reports and HR initiatives, as necessary. Coordinates meetings and travel arrangements. Maintains confidentiality and sensitive security information. Supports HR policies, programs, and services. Maintains uniform best practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality. Performs administrative activities to ensure an organized flow of information and other tasks as assigned. Preferred Competencies: Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to quickly learn various business-related software systems. Minimum Qualifications: Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Conversational English 80%). Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Minimum Studies: Technical - Bachelor's degree - Preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment - Preferred. Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days a week from Bogotá office, the other 2 will be at home.
