This remote position requires exceptional communication skills in spoken English and expertise in managing both candidate sourcing and client relationships. You will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier entrepreneurial talent for small businesses and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : Source high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach, focusing on post-MBA and entrepreneurial profiles. Candidate Engagement : Conduct comprehensive screening calls to assess qualifications, career aspirations, and cultural fit. Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, present ideal candidates, and act as a talent advisor. Job Postings : Develop and publish compelling job descriptions across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Database Management : Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates and manage ongoing candidate relationships. Process Optimization : Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Service : Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications : Language Proficiency : Outstanding spoken English to effectively communicate with global candidates and clients. Recruitment Expertise : Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as Indeed; prior recruiting experience is highly desirable. Interpersonal Skills : Competitive, outgoing, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset and a figure-it-out attitude. Preferred Skills : Experience using applicant tracking systems or CRM tools. Strong presence on professional networks like LinkedIn. Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques.
