Hi there! We are Jules and our team is growing. We are looking for a new member to join our Recruiting team!
This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and hiring top talent for recruitment agencies. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The primary responsibility of this position is to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for open positionsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partnersConduct reference checks and negotiate offersTrack and report on hiring metricsHelp us develop and improve our processes and find better ways to find excellent candidatesOther duties as assignedQualificationsAdvanced English Level is required2-3 years of experience in recruiting and hiringStrong understanding of the recruiting processExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a part-time position.
