What You'll Do:Sourcing & ScreeningUnleash your recruiting superpowers by sourcing talent on platforms like JazzHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, and more.Identify and connect with exceptional candidates, assessing their skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.Engage candidates through messaging, calls, emails, and networking, building a pipeline of extraordinary talent.Workflow ManagementCollaborate with the Managing Recruiter to prioritize roles and track top candidates.Keep our ATS updated with precision and organize seamless interview schedules.Maintain constant communication with candidates, providing updates and valuable feedback.Manage candidate offers, background checks, and onboarding like a pro, ensuring an excellent experience for new hires.What You BringExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and international roles; ideally with a focus on recruiting professionals in white collar roles.Fluency: C2-level English—both written and verbal (polished communication is key!).Tech Savvy: Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, JazzHR (big plus!), and Slack.Passion: You love connecting with people, understanding their potential, and helping them shine.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional time management, organization, and multitasking skills.Growth Mindset: High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to grow.Why This Role?At our firm, you'll be more than a recruiter—you'll be a vital partner in shaping our future.
