Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter in the customer support or outsourcing industry Familiarity with mass recruitment processes and the ability to handle a high volume of open positions simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing techniques Understanding of customer support roles and the skills required for success in this field High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving English - advanced Responsibilities: Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for customer support roles Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and participating in the interview process as needed Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires We offer: Fixed rate of $700+ and/or bonuses Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 Remote work 18 paid vacation days per year + 15 sick days Benefits: access to training materials and English classes with a native speaker Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week Application Deadline: 05/09/2024 Expected Start Date: 15/09/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
