About the role A Reconciliation Leader is a key member of the operations team, responsible for managing settlement and daily reconciliations. This person will work with the team to ensure the integrity of the data of the PayU platform, payment methods, and bank statements. What you'll do Follow up and control of transactional reconciliation (Latam) Analysis and control of bank reconciliation (Latam), account receivable, chargeback report, and cost Attention to external and internal audits (other audits or external requirements) Reporting processes Month close processes review (D+1 & D+2) Ticket attention (follow up) Resolution of incidents - responsible for Slack channel Provide leadership to team members KPIs control & improve KPIs - issue/resolution/action plans Detect any irregularities in the reconciliations and report them promptly What you'll need to succeed Accountant, Business Administrator, Financial and related degree More than 3 years of experience in similar activities and responsibilities (accounting, treasury, reconciliation) Fluent in English, speaking and writing High proficiency in Excel Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail Financial background, knowledge of this business is desirable Experience in leading specific projects Ability to drive and deliver Ability to work under pressure About us At PayU, we are a global fintech investor and our vision is to build a world without financial borders where everyone can prosper.
