GRAN ACTITUD Y SEGURIDAD! We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will lead the recruiting efforts for Vensure and all Division Partners. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Actively cold call potential candidates to increase our pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Represent the company in community and recruiting events. Notify non-selected candidates. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions. Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Requirements: English level B2+ or C16 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, or 2 years of experience in a customer service position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Familiarity with MS Office suite.
