Role Purpose: Support and manage operational and receptionist tasks to provide administrative support to leaders and timely and pertinent information to internal and external customers of the company. Key Accountabilities: Coordinate with the rest of the organization the programming of the work agenda, meetings, and activities. Coordinate trips, tickets, reservations. Execute administrative support activities, solving requirements (office materials, transport, collection, and scanning of documentation or others necessary for daily operation). Organize and coordinate events of the company, taking care of logistics. Arrange and direct the pertinent information promptly to whom it corresponds. Manage office services such as office supplies, cleaning services (cleaning person), sanitization, and food providers (fruit, milk, coffee, sugar, yogurt). Face-to-face customer service, attention to telephone calls, and referral of them. Carry out the reception, registration, distribution, and follow-up of incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in similar roles in the insurance or banking industry is highly appreciated (Not excluding). Skills & Abilities: Desirable bachelor's degree or Executive Technical Specialized. Management of Microsoft Office: Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced English. Highly analytical, customer centric and collaborative.
