Responsibilities Responsible for communicating the different Tours & Travel products and services during the check-in process. Ensure all guests are aware of the different spaces in Selina (common kitchen, F&B, cinema room, library, cafe/club, Retail Shop, Tours & Travel desk, Wellness Deck, Surf Ranch - when relevant). Responsible for selling all Tours & Travel products (Retail, Tours and Transportation, Rentals, Wellness, Surf and Education). Responsible for recording Tours & Travel sales in systems. Support guests with any questions or concerns regarding Tours & Travel products. Manage receptionists' tasks during the night shift. Process all guest check-ins and early check-outs. Review receptionists' reports. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Prepare accounting reports as required. Complete the logbook. Check all Complete Registration Cards to ensure all IDs and personal information of arriving guests are collected. Perform adjustments and corrections to rectify any PMS problems that occur during the night shift. Verify that all registered guests have the payment applied correctly in the PMS. Prepare end-of-day procedures. Ensure that all arrivals for the following day are already assigned. Prepare all Registration Cards, Selina Bracelets, and keys for the arrivals of the next day. Check all accounts of guests who check out the next day. Manage a cash float throughout your shift and ensure all floats balance correctly at the end of the shift. Ensure standards of customer service are maintained. Ensure the good condition of reception equipment. Be able to perform the full night audit if needed. Act as manager on duty for the hostel in the absence of the Management Team, dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that may arise. Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Requirements Minimum of 8 months of experience in reception. Team management experience.
