Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate departments. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner Direct visitors to the correct person or department Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries Maintain a clean and tidy reception area Provide basic information about our company to visitors Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus Skills Customer service orientation Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving Discretion and confidentiality Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: On-site – Bogota, COL #J-18808-Ljbffr
