Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to drive operational efficiency in our real estate investment company. This role is designed for a proactive individual with a background in real estate operations who can bridge strategic vision with tactical execution. The ideal candidate will excel in team management, process optimization, and will act as the primary liaison between our leadership team and a globally distributed workforce. Key Responsibilities: Transactional Oversight: Manage real estate transactions, including contracts, escrow, closings, and purchase agreements, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Operational Leadership: Execute the strategic vision set by leadership, ensuring alignment across departments and efficient day-to-day operations. Process Development & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and automation to streamline operations related to real estate transactions. Team Management: Coach and support a diverse team, driving productivity and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture. Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes and address any issues that may arise. Technology & Systems Management: Utilize project management tools, CRM systems, and data insights to monitor performance and improve processes. Global Talent Integration: Manage onboarding, training, and development for remote team members, ensuring smooth integration of global talent. Qualifications: Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate investment, operations, or brokerage environments, specifically handling transactions (contracts, escrow, closings, purchase agreements). Transactional Knowledge: Proven understanding of the real estate transaction process, including lead generation, CRM systems, and closing procedures. Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized teams and promote accountability and high performance. Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude with automation tools, project management software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools. Leadership Traits: Intelligent, accountable, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving. Growth Orientation: Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with detailed execution. High-Trust Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with global team members and clients.
