Position: Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal (Finca raíz)
Modality: On site
Inglés: 90% - 100%
High school or law degree

Responsibilities:
-Communicating with Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Brokers, Lenders. -Work within our Closing Software (Qualia) to save documents, name documents correctly, generate documents, input numbers, notes, complete digital tasks.

Skills:
- Very good with Numbers -High Attention to Detail and Very Organized
- Handle a Fast Paced Environment (buyers/sellers are very stressed with real estate closings and everything is urgent)
- Focused on the Customer (we are all on the same team trying to get the closing finished) (being patient)
- High Processing Speed (can work fast)
- Problem Solver
