If you're looking for a flexible job where you can help people, apply now! Responsibilities Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made. Draft a comprehensive report, with photographs, to help home buyers and sellers understand exactly what the inspection revealed. Assist home buyers with any other requests regarding the home inspection to keep open lines of communication and adapt to meet their needs. Qualifications Ability to clearly explain needed repairs both verbally and in writing to customers. Valid driver's license and able to travel by car. High school diploma or equivalent required. Understands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and more.
