Responsibilities: Efficiency Building: Develop and refine workflows, process charts, and documentation to improve operational efficiency. Organizational Strategy: Collaborate on setting, tracking, and achieving team goals aligned with business objectives. Calendar & Task Management: Manage the President's schedule and prioritize appointments to ensure deadlines and critical tasks are met. Project Coordination: Oversee projects, maintain timelines, and ensure seamless communication and progress across teams. Team Communication: Act as a bridge between the President and team members, providing clarity, structure, and follow-through. Strategic Support: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to keep the company proactive and prepared. Documentation & Data Management: Maintain and organize key documents, ensuring quick access and streamlined reporting. High-Level Support: Anticipate the President's needs, prioritize responsibilities, and handle sensitive tasks with discretion. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service. Prior experience in real estate is a bonus. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
