Location: Remote (for Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, El Salvador, and Peru residents). What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in real estate executive assistance, email management, real estate management, and project management. You are a beginner in digital marketing. English – Fully fluent. Spanish – Fully fluent. Responsibilities: Serve as a Transaction Coordinator (TC) Liaison. Assist in customer success and onboarding processes. Manage the CEO's email inbox and schedule. Oversee team members and collect performance reports. Handle daily administrative tasks and project management. Communicate with leads and customers, maintaining high professionalism. Support in managing real estate documents and processes. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate terms and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle challenging personalities with poise and professionalism. Nice to have: Experience in real estate investing. Familiarity with digital marketing. Previous role in customer success or similar positions. Technical skills: Proficient in using Podio, Dotloop, Trello, and GSuite.
