Experienced Real Estate Agents in Marbella Our client, a prestigious Real Estate Company based in Marbella, is seeking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Agent on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of leads.
Maintain high-quality client management to continue receiving an unlimited number of leads.
Achieve and exceed a target of selling 10 or more properties per year.
Contribute to creating an excellent customer service experience and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements: Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in real estate, either in Spain or abroad.
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
Well-presented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Own a mobile phone, computer, and car.
The Offer: Salary: Possibility of a retainer of €1,000-€1,200 plus the highest commission rates among real estate agents on the Costa del Sol—40% commission, and 70% if it's your direct listing.
