Experience with a complete lifecycle of software development, from design to productionisation. Conduct E2E tests for their assigned features. Ensure quality and that the delivery dates of their assigned features are met. Work independently with Product Owners to confirm and polish business requirements. Report and mitigate potential risks and deviations in time. Optimize applications to maximize speed and scale. Coordinate less experienced team members collaborating with their assigned features.
