Job Purpose TMF is undergoing a transformation of how we provide automation global clients. As part of this transformation, we are recruiting an entry level Automation Analyst to support global client delivery. The primary purpose of the role is to establish and drive efficiencies removing mundane manual work within the Accounting & Tax and HR & Payroll practices. You'll work as part of a small team of problem solvers with extensive experience in how to apply automation tools to solve and simplify complex data sets data flows, to establish reporting which brings rich data insights.

Key Responsibilities: Organize, store, analyze, and transform data from different sources and large datasets into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions, using various techniques and modelling of outputsCreate complex reports and dashboards using various technologies (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI)Maintain regular reports and amend changes based on stakeholders' requirementsAnalyze, understand, and model data being used in the process and (re)define process flows, reporting and data visualization that improves efficiency in how we deliver outputs and insights to our ClientsWork with stakeholders, Managers and Analysts in other Regions to ensure requirements are captured accurately and solutions are meeting defined business needsProvide training and support to our centralized Accounting and HRP teams that are being established to develop self-service use of the data flow automation, data analytics solutions designed and implementedCreate and manage (self-service) automation toolsOwnership and oversight of data quality and identify potential enhancementsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsKey Requirements: Excel knowledge (macros)Strong writing, communication & interpersonal skills and fluent in EnglishComfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment and working under pressureVery good organization skills, can handle multiple packages of work simultaneously; attention to detailCommunicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectivelyPrior experience in data analytics, process automation, master data management or process improvementWhat's in it for you?
