What will you do The Quality Systems & Compliance Sr. Supervisor will serve as the Quality System leader in the northern cluster in LatAm, responsible for sustaining compliance (towards regulatory and Kenvue requirements) with an E2E scope in Quality (Supply Chain, Commercial and R&D, including the Kenvue Plant in Cali) and for supporting the Quality functions in enhancing Consumer experience and powering up productivity. This people Leader will identify and lead, together with the Quality Systems team, quality improvement initiatives that drive improvements to products, processes, and Quality Systems. Will work together with the E2E Quality organization, and cross-functional partners to identify, investigate, and resolve Quality issues such as NC and CAPA contributing to Compliance and Reliability. Will champion compliance to applicable Regulations and providing support during internal and external audits, CAPA, NC, QSMR, GCC and other elements part of the Quality System. This professional with and E2E Mindset, the ability to execute locally / regionally, comfortable and effective at communicating with Sr. Leadership, with technical problem-solving skills, proactive, flexible and persistent skills, with a risk-based approach, with written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to connect effectively with others. ·Responsibilities oEnsure the compliance with regulatory and internal requirements for all GXP processes and deploy any new regulatory / global requirements. oSupport and drive the team on the quality system processes as CSV, audits, inspection readiness, training, NC/CAPA, GCCs, Regulated Substances, etc oLead and support all areas on inspection readiness program including internal and external inspections / audits, oLead the quality system management review, collecting all data and assure the critical analysis. Besides that, participate as quality representative in projects and meetings whenever necessary. oLead the data analysis and deployment for decision making based on Quality & Compliance metrics. oAssure the continuous improvement in Quality system processes. oConnect with regional and global quality system teams in order to simplify, standardize and optimize the Quality Management System. oSupport the QMS transformation at Kenvue.
