Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Control & Training Manager to ensure our products and team adhere to the highest quality standards. In this critical role, you will lead the development of quality assurance strategies, implement training programs, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Control (QC) and Training departments by assigning tasks, supervising review processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards, assess program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for enhancement.Align departmental activities with key performance indicators (KPIs) to minimize defects through training and QC monitoring.Develop and implement quality processes, analyze performance trends, and drive improvements in service delivery.Oversee performance management, provide feedback, and manage budgets for QC and Training staff while ensuring adherence to quality standards.Approve reports, present updates on quality and training metrics, and handle complex or escalated cases.Collaborate in creating review plans and proactively recommend process enhancements.Exemplify the company's culture and values, working closely with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for QC and Training teams.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proficiency in English at an advanced level (minimum B2) for both written and spoken communication.Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).Extensive experience in quality monitoring, training, and leadership roles, ideally in the iGaming or a similar industry.Strong expertise in quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations.Proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools.Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated strategic planning, problem-solving, and commitment to continuous improvement.Resilient and adaptable when managing challenges within QC and training operations.Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.Comprehensive paid training to familiarize with the company's high standards and procedures.Private health insurance for complete medical coverage.Opportunities for career advancement within a global technology-driven organization.Join Our Team We offer a stimulating workplace where innovation and excellence are at the forefront.
