Position: Quality Control Specialist Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Work model: on-site DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform live assessments of all company products to ensure compliance with quality standards Assess the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they align with company quality expectations Spot and report any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the relevant teams Regularly check and ensure that live studio equipment is functioning properly Adhere to and enforce all Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products Continuously observe live products to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication Knowledge of the technology and equipment used in live casino environments Familiarity with industry regulations and standards governing live casino operations Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards Proficient in PC usage, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities BENEFITS: Competitive salary Private health insurance from day one International work environment Opportunities for career development And many more!
