Job Description - QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS PROJECT ANALYST (2407027932W) Quality Assurance Process & Projects Analyst (Documentation role) To be based of work located at Cali Site, Colombia. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Sr Supervisor.

What You Will Do? The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections, risk management, projects evaluation, and using results to improve production processes and standards.
The role includes:
Performing complex analyses to assure that products and processes comply with established specifications and procedures defined.Recommending and implementing revisions, corrections, and changes to test equipment, procedures, and methods.Troubleshooting defective products or process issues detected in the plant and for products returned by customers.Compiling data to identify trends and proposing corrective action.Initiating and coordinating discussions with manufacturing, engineering, and other relevant departments to develop corrective actions.Reporting inspection findings to department and upper management in a timely fashion.Monitoring production deviations for trending purposes.Reviewing documents, procedures, or specifications impacting the identity, purity, and quality of final products.Serving as a quality team member for project structures at Cali Site.Responsible for Global Change Control approval from a Quality perspective.Calculating and reporting quality metrics and Quality assurance KPIs for performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities: Documentation (Specifications, HV, inspection plans, SOP - Procedures, FM - Forms / WI – Work Instructions / JOB)Consumer & affiliates Complaints Investigations – PQMSValidation / Projects support (URS including MRAS, GCC, NPIs, APRs)QA on the Shop Floor (Gembas, process confirmation, Audits, Inspection readiness)Quality Assurance KPIs (calculation and reporting)What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Science / EngineeringMinimum 5 years related experience with QA preferred, in either pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC drug, cosmetic, and/or hygienic productsKnowledge and execution of GMP RequirementsLeadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.Open-minded and creative to understand current processes, and challenge status quo.Preferred Skills and Experience: Technical skills: MS Office, SAPOffice skills: Standard office Teams, Email, OutlookProfessional skills: Leadership experience; ability to communicate effectively – verbal and written.What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
