What You Will Do The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections, risk management, project evaluations, and using results to improve production processes and standards.
Performs complex analyses to assure that products and processes comply with established specifications and procedures defined.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting technical quality assurance inspections.Recommending and implementing revisions, corrections, and changes to test equipment, procedures, and methods.Troubleshooting defective products or process issues detected in the plant and for products returned by customers (complaints) to determine root causes of failure.Compiling data to identify trends and proposing corrective actions.Initiating and coordinating discussions with manufacturing, engineering, and other relevant departments to develop corrective actions in order to prevent recurring problems.Reporting inspection findings to department and upper management in a timely fashion.Monitoring production deviations for trending purposes.Reviewing, for approval or rejection, documents, procedures, or specifications impacting the identity, purity, and quality of final products.Participating as a quality team member for project structure at the Cali Site, focusing on project documentation and deliverables execution.Responsible for Global Change Control approval from a Quality perspective.Calculating and reporting quality metrics and Quality Assurance KPIs for performance monitoring.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering.Minimum 5 years of related experience with QA preferred, in either pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC drug, cosmetic, and/or hygienic products.Knowledge and execution of GMP requirements.Leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude within the team.Open-mindedness and creativity to understand current processes and challenge the status quo.Intermediate English level (reading & writing).Preferred Skills and Experience: Technical skills: MS Office, SAP.Office skills: Standard office tools, Teams, Email, Outlook.Professional skills: Leadership experience; ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively - verbally and in writing, reflecting empowerment to make things happen.Demonstrated ability to work on daily issues and interact with other departments and stakeholders.
