Join us at RedValley and help us exceed expectations! What You'll Do Develop and implement QA processes to ensure services meet standards and client needs. Create audit plans and guides to validate service functionality. Identify and report defects found during audits or process development. Continuously refine QA&C processes to improve service quality. Collaborate with teams, like Operations, Data Analysts, and others, to ensure clear requirements and effective QA coordination. Ensure compliance with standards like ISO, CMMI, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation for audit guides, results, and QA processes. Stay current with industry trends and QA technologies. Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks to prevent failures. What You'll Bring To The Team Strong spoken and written English B2 +3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, and quality control 2+ Years in a leadership position Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory QA role. Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., BPO, healthcare, legal) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., CMMI, ISO regulatory requirements). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop QA teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
