About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll ensure the highest standards of software quality by developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for our client-centric solutions. This is a 3-5 month project (up until Dec 2024). Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues Collaborate closely with developers to understand software requirements and identify test coverage areas Automate repetitive testing tasks and maintain test suites for efficiency Ensure that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements Keep abreast of new testing tools and strategies for continuous improvement Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JIRA) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High-level English skills (B2-C1) Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize workload Strong communication and collaboration skills At Formula.Monks , we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
