Job Description
Panagora Group (Panagora) is a small women-owned company specializing in global health and international development that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia – USAID/Colombia through different contracts signed for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities,
Panagora provides technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia Activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and enable USAID/Colombia to comply with the USAID Automated Guidelines System (ADS) 201 Evaluation Policy.
Panagora is looking for a professional with experience in Qualitative Analysis to support and manage the transcription and coding processes that are part of the exercise of collecting and analyzing qualitative information from the evaluations and research carried out by Panagora Group SAS within the framework of the execution of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Short-Term Learning Activity – MELSA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the processes of qualitative data processing, transcription and coding required by the different evaluations and investigations carried out by Panagora Group SAS within the framework of MELSA execution.
- Coordinate with Panagora's technical teams the needs of processing qualitative information and manage the transcription and coding teams to meet the needs with the opportunity and according to the schedules established by Panagora.
- Train and provide technical support to qualitative information processing teams, qualitative researchers and technical teams in the methodological design and development of instruments, consistency matrices and project analysis plans, as well as in the development of related activities that are necessary.
- Support the production process of analytical reports that include the preparation of books of analysis categories, data visualization, among others, based on the descriptive reports provided by specialized software.
- Manage the storage process of the different deliverables and qualitative analysis products received by the transcription and coding teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in economics, psychology,
sociology, anthropology, political science, business administration, education or related careers.
- Graduate or master's degree studies in fields related to qualitative research, or demonstrated experience managing teams for qualitative processes is preferred.
- 3 years of specific professional experience in qualitative research and analysis.
- Certify knowledge in the use of specialized software in qualitative data processing. (Nvivo, ATLAS or similar)
- Availability to accompany fieldwork for the collection of qualitative information for evaluations and research when required.
- Level 3 or 4 (Intermediate – Upper Intermediate) of English.
