The QHSE Analyst will be responsible for the local implementation of the global QHSE strategy within all operations related to the local business, ensuring that GEA is compliant with corporate, customer, local, and legal QHSE requirements. This position will report to the Country MD and will work in close collaboration with local managers to drive a proactive QHSE culture to minimize risks and avoid accidents. The local QHSE expert will also be responsible for promoting the local utilization of global QHSE resources, ensuring excellent Health & Safety performance combined with sound financial administration and optimization of resources. Finally, the local QHSE expert will be in direct contact with Regional and Global QHSE responsibles providing all necessary information and reports. Key Responsibilities: Support local managers and regional QHSE responsibles in all matters of Occupational Health and Safety. Provide HSE support to business unit managers. Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, local, and legal QHSE requirements. Provide training and awareness seminars. Internal and external communication of lessons learned and improvements. Maintain a risk-oriented approach with comprehensive and proactive actions regarding HSE. Maintain administrative control of records related to HSE programs. Installation, organization, and maintenance of appropriate local HSE requirements such as first aid, health monitoring, fire protection, PPE, etc. Further development of the local safety and health management system. Coordination of safety measures with all functional units. Elaborate hazard/risk assessments and definition of control measures. Assure appropriate hazardous materials management. Support environmentally friendly strategies. Cooperate with various authorities and institutions regarding QHSE. Establish inspections and audits at local organization, projects, and/or sites. Inspect safety measures during service execution, both in the workshop and on customer sites. Ensure all GEA HSE rules and requirements are enforced on customer sites. Present the QHSE Status Report to local managers, employees, and the Regional QHSE Responsible. Collect and supply monthly Sofi Accident Data. Promote local utilization of global resources regarding QHSE. Follow up on Nonconformance/Corrective Actions and key performance indicators. Minimum Qualifications: Required education (e.g. university degree, apprenticeship): Adequate HSE education or other technical education with substantial HSE background knowledge. Required Languages: Spanish (full professional proficiency). Other Qualification / Further Education: Must have successfully conducted a course or training for safety-related technical knowledge approved by accident insurance institutions or recognized authorities.
