Job Summary
The QA Management Review and Metrics Specialist of the Quality Support Center (QSC) coordinates the gathering and analyzing of data to support the Quality Management Review (QMR) and Metrics Programs at UPS Healthcare.
He / She assists with the identification of critical gaps in the current QMR and Metrics programs and as needed provide recommendations for continuous improvement in alignment with the Quality organizational strategy.
In addition, he / she extracts and analyzes data from different systems (e.g., Quality Management System), identifies potential risks, and communicates to the next level of management.
Other Duties
Supports the QA Management Review and Metrics Supervisor with the collection,
analysis and reporting of data from different systems (e.
g., dashboards, KPIs, reporting, databases).
- Provides support for management review metrics related items (through data gathering, conceptual design, impact, implementation, and verification).
- Supports initiatives for the transitioning and collection of KPI's data extraction from the manual QMS and different other systems (e.g., eQMS, Power BI).
- Performs general business analytics and data analysis of Compliance data and will include research, variance analysis, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Provides supports for all reporting, data analytics, performance metrics management, and best practice communication.
- Provides support for any Management Review and Metrics related queries funnel through the QSC.
- Recommends changes and / or continuous improvement ideas to the next level of management.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with healthcare regulations (e.g., cGMP, GDP, GMP) guidelines is preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Quality Management System is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Captures / documents specific and accurate information; learns subjects thoroughly and in detail; completes work with thoroughness;
supplies appropriate details when requested; maintains organized files.
- Identify potential gaps in the processes and make recommendations for possible improvements.
- Strong time management skill, able to work within time-limits (deadlines).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) Science or related discipline Preferred
