Qa Lead

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Define the QA strategy, test plans, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Oversee the creation and execution of both manual and automated test cases. Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing is aligned with project goals and integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Manage defect tracking, reporting, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Continuously assess and improve QA processes and methodologies. Provide regular updates on test progress, quality metrics, and risks. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress). Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proven experience with test planning, defect management, and execution of automated tests. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with performance or load testing. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
