Add clients to the mailing list for sample distributions. Coordinate N2 Sponsor articles to ensure timely and accurate publication. Resolve credit card issues and address past-due amounts for clients. Communicate professionally over email with advertisers, following directives from the Client Care Director. Manage multiple deadlines efficiently, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized for various publications. Handle emails related to ad submissions and queries, providing prompt and professional responses. Track clients for each publication, maintaining a real-time tracker for ad status and other important metrics using Google Sheets or Excel. Submit print-ready ads to the internal pub manager system, ensuring timely submission by the deadline. Proof publications to confirm the correct ads were placed, and manage revisions to meet deadlines. Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, businesses, and team members.
